About these terms

These terms apply to the use of this website and to services provided by Rehbar Scientific & Research Solutions. Each engagement is also governed by its written scope (statement of work), which takes precedence if there is any conflict.

Nature of our services

• We provide research consulting, computational analysis, academic coaching and editing, mentorship, analytics and automation services.
• We are not a medical provider and do not give medical advice. We are not a laboratory and do not perform experiments. We are not immigration or visa advisers.
• Computational predictions are hypotheses, not evidence of biological or clinical efficacy.

Academic integrity

You remain the author of your academic work and are responsible for complying with your institution’s rules on external support. We do not write assessed work, fabricate or alter data, invent citations, help evade plagiarism detection or sell authorship. We may decline or end an engagement that would breach our Academic Integrity Policy, refunding any payment for work not yet delivered.

Scope, fees and payment

• Work begins only after you accept a written scope stating deliverables, exclusions, timeline, revisions, price and payment terms.
• Changes in scope are agreed in writing before additional work is done.
• We do not guarantee publication, grades, admission, funding, visa decisions or any specific research result.

Confidentiality and ownership

We keep your materials confidential and use them only for the agreed work. You own your data and the deliverables once paid for, unless the scope states otherwise. We may describe a completed project publicly only with your written permission.

Liability

Our advice is given with reasonable skill and care, based on the information you provide. Decisions about your research, approvals and submissions remain yours and those of your supervisors, institutions and ethics committees. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan unless your written scope states otherwise.
