You send a short summary through the enquiry form. No files, patient data or credentials are needed at this stage.

Initial scope assessment
The service lead reads your enquiry and replies with questions, an assessment of fit, and — if we are not the right people — a suggestion of where to look.

Written scope and price
We agree deliverables, exclusions, what you will provide, the timeline, revisions, price and payment terms. Each item is labelled as consultation, review, analysis, coaching, editing, training, build or partner coordination.

Milestone delivery
Work proceeds in agreed milestones. Decisions, file versions and any changes of scope are recorded. You see progress notes at each milestone.

Review and handover
We walk you through the results and hand over final files, code and documentation. You own your data and deliverables.

Confidentiality
- Your material is used only for your project
- Mutual confidentiality agreement available on request
- Files exchanged through an agreed channel after scoping — not the website form
- No upload of your files to public AI services without written consent
Integrity
- You remain the author of your work
- No fabricated data, images or citations
- No plagiarism evasion or purchased authorship
- Computational predictions reported as hypotheses
Reproducibility
- Methods written down with software versions and parameters
- Analysis code and environment files handed over
- Data-cleaning steps logged; nothing altered silently
- Decisions and versions recorded at each milestone
