FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Working with us
Who will actually do my work?
Every service has a named lead: our scientific lead for scientific, computational, laboratory-strategy, thesis and mentorship work; our technology lead for analytics, automation and operations. If an external specialist or laboratory is needed, they are named in your written scope before you agree to anything.
How does pricing work?
We use fixed prices for well-defined packages, session fees for consultations, and custom quotations for larger projects. You always receive a written scope with deliverables, timeline and price before payment.
Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?
Yes. We are based in Lahore and work online with students, researchers and organisations internationally. Meetings are scheduled across time zones.
How quickly will you reply?
Our current reply time is shown under the enquiry form. Urgent deadlines are welcome, but we will tell you honestly if we cannot meet one.
Academic integrity
Will you write my thesis, assignment or proposal?
No. We do not write assessed work, fabricate data or citations, help evade plagiarism detection or sell authorship. We coach, review, analyse your legitimate data and edit language transparently.
Can you guarantee publication, admission or a scholarship?
No one honestly can. We help you produce stronger, well-evidenced work and applications. Decisions belong to editors, universities and funders.
How should I acknowledge your help?
Follow your institution’s rules. We can provide a short statement describing exactly what support you received.
Science and laboratory work
Do you have a laboratory?
No. Rehbar provides experimental planning, troubleshooting and interpretation. Where experiments must be performed, we can help you specify the work for a qualified external laboratory that you contract directly.
Can you advise on a medical condition or treatment?
No. Rehbar is a research consulting and mentorship service, not a medical provider. Please consult a qualified clinician.
Are docking results proof that a compound works?
No. Computational predictions are hypotheses that need experimental testing. We report them that way.
Privacy and files
What should I not send through the enquiry form?
Please do not send patient records, identifiable participant data, passwords, university portal logins or confidential manuscripts. A short summary is enough for us to scope the work; files are exchanged later through an agreed channel.
Do you use AI on my documents?
Not without your agreement. When AI assistance is agreed for confidential material, we use locally run models so that files do not leave our control, and a person reviews every output.
Tell us what you’re working on.
Send a short, confidential summary. We reply with an initial scope assessment, and you agree deliverables, timeline and price before anything starts.
